Research Paper Requirements

▪ Maximum number of Research papers – 3;
▪ Full text of Research Paper should not exceed 10 pages;
▪ Follow template formatting;
▪ Page format – А4;
▪ Pages should not be numbered;
▪ Each file should follow either .DOCX or .DOC, or Microsoft Word formatting;
▪ Research Papers in a presentation (ppt.) format will NOT be accepted;
▪ Research Papers that do not follow specified requirements will not be published;

All academic papers will be published as an ISSN 1314-071X Conference Proceedings pdf-book, and will be made available on the conference website: conference.vsu.bg

Authors of the published reports hold their scientific-work(s) copyright.

Paper Reviewing

All the conference proceedings shall be included in the National Reference List (NRL) of Contemporary Bulgarian Scientific Journals furnished with a scientific review by the National Center for Information and Documentation (NACID). Always two Members of the Scientific Committee shall review each paper submitted for publishing. When needed, external reviewers may be invited, i.e. other experts in the particular area of research.

Company presentation – exhibition and/or demo €150

Preferential fees

PhD student – 30 Euro
Student, pupil – 20 Euro
Participant from organizer and co-organizer – no fee
