* Intended for those who cannot attend the conference, but are willing to contribute paper(s) for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
Descriptions of types of participation.
Presentation represents the oral presentation of the scientific paper. The resource for the presentation is a multimedia projector. There will be no possibility for back-projectors or slide-projectors. Therefore, it is recommended all the support materials to be digitized. When preparing *.doc/ *.docx, *.ppt/ *.pptx/, *.pps/*. *. ppsx. or *.pdf files use standard fonts or embed all the non-standard fonts in the file.
The duration of the presentation is 15 minutes, including the discussion, i.e. answers to questions. For a more dynamic implementation of the presentations, before the beginning of each session the technical person must be given the presentation on a flash drive or optical media. If you plan to use sound during the presentation, please let the secretary of the Organizing Committee know.
Poster represents another form of presentation that allows quick and comprehensive perception of the idea of the presentation. This type of participation is recommended when most of the issues can be illustrated graphically or is expected interest from a large number of participants. A poster allows individual details to be discussed in direct personal contact with the author.
The poster should be prepared on a single worksheet with the following dimensions: width – 75-90 cm, height – 100-120 cm, "portrait" orientation for a better visualization of the details. At the top of the poster title and authors should be placed. In this part except the title and authors, an extended summary in English have to be submitted. Size of the text, illustrations and graphics must be large enough to be read from a distance of about 1.5 – 2 m. In the VSU campus there is a copy center, where within a few minutes and at low price you can print your poster.
The duration of exposure, discussion and evaluation of the posters is 75 minutes. For smoother running the poster sessions it is necessary posters to be installed in designated places before the beginning of each session.
Students may submit posters only.
Listener participates in the conference without a presentation or a poster. The listener may participate in all sessions and accompanying events.
There is an opportunity for a part-time (correspondent) participation, which is a publication of a paper after the review by a member of the International Scientific Committee. Part-time participants will not receive all the materials of the Conference.
Corporative presentations can be the following types:
Report does not differ from the oral presentation of a scientific report, except that for the company presentation are 15 minutes in plenary session or 30 minutes in a simple exhibition session and follow-up questions and discussion. This report is not published as conference proceedings.
The Exhibition It is an independent stand, which is placed in an appropriate place, close to the conference halls and the Registry. For Demonstration It is necessary to prepare a special secure and equipped site, the conditions for which are agreed with the President of the Org. Committee – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Anita Handruleva (conference_bg@vsu.bg). Advertising It is a printing of information in the conference program (up to half a page) and a slide-show on additional screen during the opening Conference and the plenary session (up to 10 slides, the frequency of the presentation depends on the number of Advertisers).
REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be situated at the ground-floor lobby of the Administrative Building of USEA (VSU) „Lyuben Karavelov” – Sofia. It will be opened on Tursday 18 Оctober, from 08:00 to 14:00.
FEES
Participation fees include: publication of up to two reports in the collection, Proceedings, conference materials, cocktail, etc., which depend on the type of participation.

Remarks:
- The Conference has the opportunity to participate with preferential prices see below.
- If you wish to have more publications in the conference proceedings, additional fees are payable for the Zadočen participant, each of which gives the right to publish up to two reports.
- The maximum number of publications of each participant in the conference proceedings is six, regardless of the number of fees paid.

Remarks:
- With up to two reports, a "presentation" fee is allowed for participation in the Conference. They can be presented as a report (oral reporting) or as posters.
- For the use of preferential fees it is necessary to present evidence (documents, scanned copies).
- The preferential fee for doctoral candidates refers only to doctoral candidates in a regular (non-correspondence, distance and other) Form of training which do not have a contract of employment.
- The value of the participation fee for participants of co-organisers of VSU ' 2018 is recorded in the partnership Agreement between VSU And the co-organizer.
- The fee fee is a lump sum and is not reimbursed in any way by the organising institution.
- The fee shall be paid in advance Bank Account
- The fees are for participants from Bulgarian companies, institutes and organizations.
- All prices are in Bulgarian leva with VAT.
BANK ACCOUNT
The fees for participation are translated into the current account described below.
In the payment document, specify the name of the participant and the name of the conference, for example: "Nikolay Petrov, VSU ' 2018".
Be careful when filling in the bank documents, as if the bank transfer was made on behalf of a natural person it is not possible to issue an invoice in the name of a legal entity.
All costs of the bank transfer are at the expense of the participants. Inform the bank staff about this condition when you make the bank transfer of the fee fee.
