Notes:

1. With one fee "presentation” in the conference two papers are allowed. They may be presented orally or as posters.

2. To use the preferential fees it is necessary to submit the relevant documents (scanned copies).

3. Preferential fee for PhD students applies only to graduate students in regular (not correspondence courses, etc.) form of education who do not have a contract of employment.

4. The participation fee for co-organizers of VSU'2016 is recorded in the partnership contract between USEA (VSU) “Lyuben Karavelov” and co-organisers.

5. The registration fee is a lump sum and is not refundable in any way by the organising authority.

6. The fee is paid in advance by bank account and on the opening day a bank statement must be provided.
